Every bike service or repair is different but we will always recommend the most cost-effective option for you. Once we have assessed your bike we send you a full quote to approve before starting work - so no nasty surprises!
We 100% guarantee our work, so in the unlikely event you are not entirely happy with your bike after a service, we'll come out to you to get it sorted ASAP.
Once the work on your bike is complete we email you a secure payment link. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.
We can get your bike collected, serviced and delivered back in as little as 48 hours. The only thing that holds this up is if we need to order a specific part for your bike. We can provide a better idea of timescale once your bike has been assessed.
If you decide that our quote is not cost-effective for you, we will return your bike without completing any work. We do charge a £20 collection/delivery fee just to cover our costs in this instance.
