Quickly! We aim to get your bike back to your home or work within 72 hours. Sometimes it’s quicker. The main reason for any delay is when your bike might need a part that we don’t have or is difficult to source. However our parts suppliers deliver every day. You can also take your bike directly to our central workshop and that may be quicker.
You bet - nearly all models, types and sizes! However, we only service e-bikes with a motor from a company for which we have training and/or can get the necessary parts. Any e-bikes we repair or service must be from recognised brands that follow UK manufacturing regulations. Best to call us to check.
Absolutely! However, we cannot guarantee we’ll be able to repair your bike on the spot. If you do arrive without a booking, you may be asked to book in and we’ll repair your bike once the other bookings for that day have been completed.
We’ll fix it of course - and collect your bike which saves you pushing it or squashing into your car. But to be honest, we’re an expensive service for a puncture on its own, so best to include it in a service to enjoy free collect & return.
Easy! We’ll assemble it. Just book it in as 'not sure what you need' and we’ll collect it and deliver it assembled, tested and working. You’ll get a free 6 week check-up also. You can also arrange to have it shipped to us and we’ll do the rest.

Bikes can be confusing creatures which is why we’re here to help. If you don’t know what’s wrong, select ‘I don’t know what I need’ from the bike repair booking menu. That will give you a slot to bring the bike to us, and we can figure out what the problem is. Or just call us first on 01932 481177
As a general guide, bikes should be serviced every 6 months. However, they’ll need more regular checks if you’re riding each day, or ride in heavy rain. If you commute to and from work, a proper service every 6 months, with a minor check up at the change of each season should do it.
Order anything your need via our website HERE any time before your service is done and about to leave us. Then we’ll install them as appropriate and deliver the bike to you all set up.
Get in touch if there is something you want that we don't stock.
Best thing is to register it with Bike Register and put a red sticker on your bike saying so - likelihood is that a thief won’t risk it. Oh, and a proper lock.
Both things available from us and we can install/ set up as necessary.
Absolutely! Just book in on our website here. You can redeem your voucher against any parts or accessories you like, though unfortunately, not against pre-owned bikes.

We’d love to! It can be confusing and risky to buy a pre-owned bike, so we always have a selection of bikes available for sale [see here]. If you don’t see anything you like, let us know and we’ll find it for you!
They will be as good as new, checked and serviced to Bike Hero standards and we’ll deliver it to you. You get a no-quibbles 7 day right of return and a free check-up after 6 weeks. And if you need accessories like locks, mudguards, pedals, lights or you name it, we carry a great range [see here] and won't charge for fitting.
Yes - within reason! Just call or email or chat with some photos and we’ll offer you a price and collect the bike. And if you prefer we’ll sell it for you on commission, ie you fix the price and we’ll sell it on your behalf. Just call us!
Not much - we can’t service certain non-UK approved e-bikes and we can’t walk your dog. But anything else related to a bike, just call or chat.
Of course... we have long wheelbase vans for that very purpose.

We give give you the basic cost of the service or repair when you book, but we don't know any additional parts or work required until your bike has been assessed in the workshop. Don't worry though we always text you a quote to approve before any work is started.
If you are not 100% happy with your bike, we'll come out to you to resolve any issues as a priority. We won't rest until you are completely satisfied!
