We can get your bike collected, serviced and delivered back in as little as 48 hours. The only thing that holds this up is if we need to order a specific part for your bike. We can provide a better idea of timescale once your bike has been assessed.

You bet - nearly all models, types and sizes! However, we only service e-bikes with a motor from a company for which we have training and/or can get the necessary parts. Also, we'll only work on bikes that are fully legal in the UK. Best to call us to check.

Don't worry, we'll do our best to accommodate you! We'll complete repairs on the spot if we can. If we are too busy, leave it with us and we'll get it done ASAP. To guarantee a slot, book online first, it's easy!

We’ll fix it of course - and collect your bike which saves you pushing it or squashing into your car. But to be honest, we’re an expensive service for a puncture on its own, so best to include it in a service to enjoy free collect & return.

Easy! We’ll assemble it. Just book it in as 'not sure what you need' and we’ll collect it and deliver it assembled, tested and working. You’ll get a free 6 week check-up also. You can also arrange to have it shipped to us and we’ll do the rest.

If you know something is wrong but aren't quite sure what, select ‘I don’t know what I need’ when booking your bike in online and describe the issue as best you can. Once in the workshop, we'll diagnose the problem and provide a full quote. Or just call us first on 01932 481177.

This is a difficult one! It varies so widely based on how often you ride and in what conditions. Generally, in the UK (wet), we recommend a silver service every 6 months for a moderately used bike. Supplement this with interim check-ups if you are really putting in the miles. Remember, more regular servicing will always make your bike feel and sound better.

Order anything your need via our website HERE any time before your service is done and about to leave us. Then we’ll install them as appropriate and deliver the bike to you all set up.

Get in touch if there is something you want that we don't stock.

Best thing is to register it with Bike Register and put a red sticker on your bike saying so - likelihood is that a thief won’t risk it. Oh, and a proper lock.

Both things available from us and we can install/ set up as necessary.

Absolutely! Just book in on our website here. You can redeem your voucher against any parts or accessories you like, though unfortunately, not against pre-owned bikes.

We work with Boost - the best e-bike conversion kit around. Crucially, it uses a rear-wheel motor so doesn't mess with your bike's handling.

Yes - within reason! Just call or email or chat with some photos and we’ll offer you a price and collect the bike. And if you prefer we’ll sell it for you on commission, ie you fix the price and we’ll sell it on your behalf. Just call us!

Not much - we can’t service certain non-UK approved e-bikes and we can’t walk your dog. But anything else related to a bike, just call or chat.

Of course... we have long wheelbase vans for that very purpose.

Yes, we collect & deliver 7 days a week.

We give give you the basic cost of the service or repair when you book, but we don't know any additional parts or work required until your bike has been assessed in the workshop. Don't worry though we always text you a quote to approve before any work is started.
