The Bike Hero concept was launched during lockdown in response to the sheer need for more bike mechanics around the UK to keep the wheels on the increasing number of bikes in use turning.

We offer 5* Trustpilot rated bike servicing and repairs across London and Surrey, with a super-convenient collection and delivery service. Our team have decades of industry experience between them.

Based out of our state-of-the-art Chertsey workshop, we handle collections and deliveries at your convenience, getting your bike back to you in as little as 48 hours (parts and availability dependant).

The Workshop

Our spacious main workshop is located in Chertsey, Surrey, a cycling hotspot in the south east of England, just a stone's throw from the fantastic riding of the North Downs.

Fully stocked mechanics' stations with tools from industry leading suppliers including Shimano, Campagnolo and Park Tool means we are fully equipped to service all of your needs. We make it our goal to get you back on two wheels as quickly as possible while providing five star service every time.
