We’ve done the hard miles in searching for your next bike. Gone are the hours of scouring eBay and Facebook Marketplace for your next ride because here at Bike Hero, we have it. We REPAIR | RESELL | RECYCLE a variety of bikes - from performance models to the ones that you’d happily commute on. 

All of our bikes have been carefully selected by our Head Mechanic before being fully serviced, refurbished and safety checked. 

So what makes our Pre-Owned Bikes the best?

1. Great bikes at great values

Firstly, we always try to offer the best pre-owned bikes at the best possible prices. We’re happy to admit that we’re bike nerds and lovers of all things cycling, so we will always make sure that the bikes we sell are ones that we would love riding ourselves. Unlike some places, we don’t want you paying through the nose when buying a bike - our mechanics are experts and understand the costs of frames, componentry and accessories, so you won’t ever get an over-inflated price with us. 

2. Perfect working condition

Each and every one of our Pre-Owned Bikes is in perfect working condition. You can be rest assured that they have all been fully serviced and safety checked by our expert mechanics before you hit the road. However, you can return the bike after seven days if you’re not entirely satisfied with it (although we know you’ll love it!). 

3. Peace of mind

We want to make sure you feel as safe and comfortable as possible when riding your new bike, so six weeks after purchase we will offer you a free Bike Safety Check. In addition to this, all bikes are covered within a 3 month warranty*.

4. Extras

Every customer has different requirements for their new bike and so we have an option to get accessories fitted or added to your order before delivery. Keep an eye out on the website soon as more after market accessories are added - in the meantime please speak to the team if you're looking to add accessories to your bike when purchasing.

5. Doing something good for the planet

Lastly, and one that’s important to us at Bike Hero… we are working towards being as sustainable a business as we can be to help give back to the environment - minimising waste within the bike industry through recycling and reusing second hand but perfectly good bikes, utilising electric vans and more.

6. We can deliver the bike direct to you

Our delivery service operates within West London and Surrey. However, if you’re a little further afield, just let us know and we can arrange a courier (at an additional fee). Alternatively, if you’d like to come and pick up your bike from our workshop in Chertsey, we’d love to say hello.
